GROUP ARTIST(S) STATEMENT:

Love, grief,  vulnerability, intimacy, memory, transformation, and the weight of history.  This is how we navigate human existence. Our collection clarifies both the universal and deeply personal aspects of our shared humanity through diverse mediums and perspectives. We individually explore the intricacies of existence, offering a unique lens through which we observe and interpret the complexities of being. Our work is not crafted for the viewer's consumption, instead, used to give a visual body to our innermost thoughts, emotions and experiences. Video as interpretation of childhood emotion. Paintings as representations of memory and reality. Sculpture as play and response to history.  Images as abstractions of the body and its grief. Collaboration as concept and healing. Poetry and prose as visual art and vulnerability. This exhibition is a piece of history only we can own— it’s not for you.
